Friendly, outgoing receptionist needed to join our fantastic on park team at Crantock Beach.
Our opening hours are between 9am to 6pm seven days a week including weekends. This role will be 4 days out of 7 with an average of 32 hours within this period.
This is a seasonal vacancy starting running until the start of November with the option to return for following seasons.
Main Duties:-
- Provide an effective Reception and Information Service, on site booking service and operate Park phone/radio system.
- Contacting guests prior to arrival in a courteous manner and relay any relevant information regarding the Park's facilities and check in procedure to them.
- Taking incoming calls & completing a courtesy park introduction phone call to guests who are arriving the following week
- Take payment for holidays or caravan owners' accounts and issue receipts using till systems provided
- General admin and reception duties (Basic computer literacy required)
The right candidate will be able to deliver outstanding customer service at all times and able to work under their own initiative as well as within a busy team.

Experience in a customer service environment preferred but training will be provided.
Own transport advisable due to location but a limited bus service is available to the nearby village.
