Who we are looking for
An Operations Management Graduate Trainee with a passion for Operations Management who is looking for an opportunity to fast track their career.
Our fantastic Graduate Scheme will give you hands on experience on how to manage teams, projects and resources.
Throughout your time on the scheme you will benefit from an 11 week rotation that exposes you to customer support areas such as Customer Services, European Customer Services, Customer Verification, Customer Payments and Responsible Gambling. In addition, you will also explore specialist roles such as Analyst and Training roles.
You will continuously receive dedicated mentoring from senior managers who will be supporting you to reach your full potential and build your career within the management structure of our dynamic organisation.

The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours working any five days from seven, including evenings and bank holidays.
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
