Job description
Primrose Healthcare Solutions Services Limited is hiring Registered General Nurse in Cardiff.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Assist surgeons during operations
- Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
We mainly work with care homes around the whole United Kingdom so wherever you live we have work. We also have private Hospital clients like BUPA, Nuffield etc.
The role of a RGN is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, with many opportunities to develop within your career. We provide several different services to clients in both care homes and residential homes, supported living, and a RGNs role and responsibilities at Primrose healthcare :
* Delivering care plans for patients.
- Monitoring vital signs.
- Carrying out assessments and blood tests.
- Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses.
- Observing patients condition and recording information.
The role can be a challenging role, but it is also one of the most rewarding and fulfilling roles there is and we need you!
As we are currently unable to provide sponsorship, you must have your right to work in the UK in order to apply for this role and a NMC.
Our pay rates varies from £22 an hour to £30 an hour with Bank holidays rising to £35. Rates are negotiable with working hours varying from Earlies, Day shifts, night shifts and sleep ins.
