Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Preparation and oversight of the operational budget.
- Communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- Assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
- Coordinate with existing and potential volunteers and help them in the onboarding process.
- Develop an efficient volunteer onboarding process and get it up and running.
- Liaise with all existing regional leads and keep track of regular food distributions happening across the UK.
- Keep a check on the performance of the operations of both internal and external service providers.
- Monitor the condition of Go Dharmic’s premises and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- Monitor every performance metrics and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis.
- Participate in team calls and put forward valuable ideas and opinions.
- Development of strategies and procedures that increase operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 40 hr /week work permit.
- Must have a driving licence.
- Must have a driving licence.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Proficient in using Google Suite - Docs, Spreadsheets, slides, etc.
- Strong research skills and knowledge of information sources.
- Multitasking, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with utmost integrity.
- Willing to work with a Charity organisation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
