Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is focused on delivering high-quality financial services? Restore Technology are seeking an Accounts Assistant/Cashier to join our Finance team in Cardington.
As an Accounts Assistant/Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring that all receipts of the business are recorded and accounted for, performing credit checks on customers, and setting up and maintaining customer accounts. You will be working closely with the accounts receivable function, creating a strong processing team dynamic to strengthen the accuracy of ledgers in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Posting cash receipts and direct debits daily for multiple banks & eCommerce accounts
- Ensuring all cash is allocated to the correct customer accounts and invoices
- Dealing with account queries promptly and efficiently
- Housekeeping of customer accounts
Ensuring refunds are processed for customers accurately and promptly
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining the quality and accuracy of the work
- Experience of transaction processing and reporting improvements
- Good Excel skills and accounts system administration
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
