Job description
As an Operations Co-Ordinator, you will successfully deliver the account requirements for our customers and ensure we comply with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You will proofread documents, set up question templates and pull data into bespoke reports. Ensure information is communicated accurately and help resolve issues quickly. Ensure our standards are met, processes are followed, deadlines are achieved. The role of an Operations Co-Ordinator is designed to assist with the administrative tasks from the Account Manager, so the Account Manager can be focused on growing existing accounts and maintaining client relationships. The role will be located within our Stoke Head Office. Travel and overnight stays may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Deliver a structured plan for each activity.
- Full set up of activity throughout the cycle of a job.
- Proactively review data.
- Identify, resolve, and report compliance issues.
- Understand and plan reporting requirements.
- Provide reports with photographs and insights.
- Respond to queries and requests from the Account Management Team.
- Regular updates to Line Manager.
- Attend, support, and input to regular team review meetings.
- Manage requirements and demands proactively.
