Location: Remote home working with occasional travel to London or Cardiff offices when required

Here is the role:
Due to the continuing growth of our business, we are looking for someone with strong administration skills to join our Operations team to support our Delivery teams. Our teams works with range of clients, the largest who have 5000 + employees many of which are household names.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you will work very closely with the Operations team, providing daily project and administrative support across the business as well as assisting with back-office tasks relating to updating internal systems and processing invoices and purchase orders
Responsibilities
- Managing Kimble; Updating assignments, ensuring forecasts are accurate, checking data
- Chasing timesheet entries and approvals
- Managing Generic Resource assignment forecasts
- Generating invoices
- Processing PO’s and winning Ops
- Dealing with pre-sales requests and liaising with sales/technical teams to book them in
- Maintenance of Team sites and archiving of completed projects
- Ad-hoc admin tasks and holiday cover for Ops team members
- NPS and CSAT data collection and analysis
This is what we need from you:
- Previous CRM experience is essential, preferably Salesforce but others will be considered.
- Previous data entry experience is essential, preferably with financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail and quality
- A high level of organisation is essential in this role in order to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Administration experience, supporting more than one member of a team is desirable.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against deadlines
- Self motivated and disciplined
Would be great if you have:
- Experience of working in a IT/Tech Environment
- An understanding of Microsoft technologies, hardware and software licensing would be a distinct advantage.
