We are currently recruiting for an Operations Controller to join our Stoke 2 Distribution Centre. You will be joining the team on a standard shift basis of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating point for engineering, MHE, Site Services and Operations
- Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
- On job safety requirements to ensure that colleagues understand the work objectives, safety, health, environmental and security concerns
- Hourly and Day to day planning of MHE assets and shunter assets
- Ensure flow throughout the building in order to meet and exceed targets, including control of loading docks, inbound and outbound
- Assess the daily situation of daily targets and advise to ensure maximum capability of individual areas within the Distribution Centre
- Raise any potential issues which may affect delivery times
- Delivering a high standard of service within our Distribution Centre procedures
