Position: Operations Controller
Location: London (NW1 2DS)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) - 3.5 Months
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

Salary £30,000
Closing Date: 15th June 2023

  • Proactive and reactive communication with customers and colleagues
  • Investigating and solving customer problems in a timely manner, escalating to the First Line Manager where require
  • Supporting colleagues with live issues
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of customer services department
  • Ensuring system and ABD compliance
  • Be part of an environment that focuses on continuous improvement which involves sharing ideas and best practice
  • Handle discrepancies and issues
  • Resolution of live issues which includes rebooking, payments and support during disruption
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and aim to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Experience in ground handling rules and procedures

  • Able to work well under pressure.
