Position: Operations Controller
Location: London (NW1 2DS)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) - 3.5 Months
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Salary £30,000

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Proactive and reactive communication with customers and colleagues
- Investigating and solving customer problems in a timely manner, escalating to the First Line Manager where require
- Supporting colleagues with live issues
- Supporting the continuous improvement of customer services department
- Ensuring system and ABD compliance
- Be part of an environment that focuses on continuous improvement which involves sharing ideas and best practice
- Handle discrepancies and issues
- Resolution of live issues which includes rebooking, payments and support during disruption
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and aim to achieve customer satisfaction

- Experience in ground handling rules and procedures
- Good conflict management experience
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Good level of problem solving and initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
