Job description

  • We are looking for a Receptionist to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a busy environment. A mature outlook and previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and make outgoing calls
  • Checking and responding to voicemail
  • Filing and data entry
  • Handling the cash register
  • Book appointments in person and over phone
  • Answer questions from customers
  • Keep Reception area clean and tidy
  • Verify and acknowledge incoming deliveries
  • Maintain a record of all incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
