About the role
As a Production Operative you do not need any experience as full training will be provided. You will learn from experts from a world class drinks manufacturer. We want this to be the start of a long Refresco career for you.
Shift pattern - 3 on 3 off, 12 hour shifts, days and nights, 6-6 (average 42 hour week)
Our pay and benefits at Refresco are competitive:
- A starting salary of £27,259.81. This includes an hourly rate (£10.60) plus shift allowance and a £1.00 per hour supplement (up to and including 30th September 2023)

What are your daily tasks as a Production Operative?
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
