YOUR MISSION
Are you our next Operations Associate? Here’s how you will support Medloop’s mission:
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with clinicians and NHS partners to ensure a fantastic patient experience
- Support clinical safety initiatives and ensure our service consistently runs to a high standard, is safe and compliant
- Train and onboard new members of the Clinical Team
- Proactively manage any issues that occur on the service (including, but not limited to, delays, IT issues, clinician resource gaps, etc.)
- Support our Operations Lead on various activities such as creating daily schedules, monthly rotas, and processing invoices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth information flow
- Work with our Operations Lead to implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase improved patient experience and business efficiency
- Optimise the recruiting process as well as operational People processes and make sure they are legally compliant
- Build a diverse candidate pool of clinicians that you are responsible for
- Liaise with the Operations team to ensure we have the best clinicians working on our services
- Ensure our employees have the best experience working with Medloop
YOUR PROFILE
- Passionate about our vision and incredible mission
- 2+ years working as an Operations Associate or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Deadlines and changing requirements? You love these challenges!
- Excellent self-organisation, planning and time-management
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: BSc/Ba in a relevant field
- Big Bonus: Experience in working with the NHS / EMIS / SystemOne / Deputy
