Location: We have three clinics across Frome, Devizes & Marlborough.
Salary: £22,880.00 (FTE)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours), although part-time (32 hours) will be considered.

What will I achieve in my first 12 months?
You will start with a structured 12 week induction plan, designed to ease you in and equip you with the skills you need to be effective in the role.
You’ll be taught how to deliver our gold standard service, ensuring our patients are always at the forefront of your decision making. In addition, you’ll learn how to use our Private Practice Software to manage diaries and appointments, how to take payments and how to manage customer accounts.
In this role, you will have the autonomy and independence to make decisions and find solutions and you’ll have a real influence over the standard of service we deliver. You’ll be trusted to carry out your job to the best of your abilities and given plenty of support, training and development to ensure you have the skills you need to do that.
As you progress through your induction plan and your confidence in the role grows, you may decide to get involved in additional projects, or absorb new responsibilities based on your strengths and interests. If you have the motivation and drive to develop, we will provide the support and opportunity to help you get to where you want to be.
Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending a social event or two (or three..) which will help you build relationships and have fun.

· At least 3 years of customer service experience
· Exceptional people skills
· A genuine desire to help people
· To enjoy working as part of a supportive team (and making the most of our social calendar)
· To welcome and encourage feedback and coaching in order to develop your skills
· An ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
· The energy and drive to help us deliver our mission – to keep people moving and active
