We are a workplace wellbeing consultancy at the forefront of our industry, on a mission to help our growing base of clients meet international standards of workplace wellbeing.

We support organisations through massive culture change, helping them to build comprehensive, strategic and systematic workplace wellbeing strategies that answer the specific needs of their workforce.

We are looking for a self motivated and goal focused individual with a strong growth mindset to join our fast-paced remote consultancy. You will report directly to the Operations & Marketing Manager, as Operations Assistant.

This is a dynamic role for someone who likes to get involved and take on new challenges. You will have strong initiative, accountability, and be a problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Operations Responsibilities:

Support the Operations & Marketing Manager with the efficient running of day-to-day operations, including:

  • Organising and maintaining our digital collaborative systems, including Sharepoint and ClickUp
  • Assist in the build of client extranets using our custom Sharepoint templates
  • Assisting clients with technical support queries and finding resolutions
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Managing the Team meetings, taking notes and recording and monitoring actions

To be a best fit for this project, we are looking for:

  • Fluent/Native command of the English language.
  • Willing to commit to a long term project (2 years)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Super organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Word
  • Extremely versatile in using digital tools and systems
  • Additional skills are an advantage
