Position: Company Car Reporting Coordinator ( Volkswagen Group)
Location: Milton Keynes (MK5 8HL)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Day Time Only

Role Purpose:
  • Have excel specialized skills to manage, organize, and analyze company reports
  • To exceed and manage customer expectations by co-ordinating the reporting and analysis processes of all branded Company ECO & Loan scheme vehicles to both Volkswagen Group employees and associated organisations.
  • Pro active approach to support the department and team to ensure customer requirements are met and high standards throughout are maintained. Opportunity to learn PowerBI to support reporting processes, output and departmental efficiencies.
  • Fully embrace the collective team's aim to maintain the high satisfaction rating achieved monthly by offering a friendly and professional service to all our customers 100% of the time.

Accountabilities:

  • Co-ordinate all reporting and analysis activity as required to support the scheme
  • Be one of excel specialized process owner of the process.
  • Adhering to scheme rules and department processes and procedures
  • Liaising with VWG brand contacts on a daily basis
  • Cross train with wider team to support with other departmental processes as required
  • Ensure all administration is compliant with attention to detail and process management
  • Deliver all KPI's in line with contractual requirements and flag any concerns if these can not be met
  • Flexible approach to workloads supporting other colleagues as and when required
  • Support your line manager with tasks relating to the delivery of the service as and when required
  • Work with the team to suggest improvements and efficiencies to processes in line with analysis output
  • Support wider team with customer bookings and queries
  • Identify and flag any data anomalies to ensure efficient resolution
