AES Sustainability Consultants Ltd works with some of the top ten UK housebuilders and developers to deliver high quality sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industry. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced PA / Operations Assistant to provide flexible support to the Operational Director and wider management team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organisational skills. This is an extremely varied role and would suit someone with an ability to turn their hand to a variety of different areas within the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to the Operations Director
- Provide admin support to the Legal and Compliance Manager
- Provide support to the senior management team in relation to setting up and maintaining Company accreditations such as ISO 9001, Investors In People, Real Living Wage Employer, Constructionline etc.
- Providing general assistance to and cover for the Finance Director as required
- Support with the roll out of IT changes as required
- Diary and calendar management
- Marketing support and company events planning
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience supporting up to Director level
- Previous legal experience (preferable)
- Previous Health and safety experience (preferable)
- Effective ICT skills with intermediate to expert level competence with MS Office
- Solid working knowledge of office processes
Personal skills and qualities
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of company personnel and clients
- Ability to act on own initiative with minimal supervision
- ·Ability to work in a confidential manner and show sensitivity

- Salary £27,000 depending on experience

Hours: Full time – 36.25 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term/Permanent position - a three-month probation period applies.
