Job description

Salary: up to £24,000 DOE

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Full-Time)

At circle.cloud, we truly believe that we are able to offer an exceptional product and an extremely high level of service to our customers and to support our growth, we have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Account Manager who will operate as the first line support for all customer enquiries and on the technical support helpdesk.

You will need to have excellent communication and management skills as you will be working closely with various departments which is why having a full understanding of the product, and how the product and service is delivered to the customer is important.

About the role:

  • Take inbound calls and making outbound calls to your customer base.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues over the phone.
  • Personalise and change customer telephone systems upon request.
  • Resolve all customer queries including billing, contract and additional purchases including liasing with other relevant departments.
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction and rebuild customer relationships.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all open cases are updated with relevant information and customers are regularly updated.
  • Responsible for giving a first-class service and building strong relationships with your customer base.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Passionate about the customer experience, and providing the best service possible
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Affinity for technology and innovation
