Job Advert

You will support the delivery of Legal Services provided by the Governance, Property Planning and Litigation (GPP&L) Team through the provision of an efficient proactive client focused service within the Property Team to all internal clients and in dealing with external contacts in a timely manner.


To provide administrative support in relation to the work of the Property Team generally with responsibility for post-completion work and routine conveyancing work including applications for searches and registration at the Land Registry, short term standard tenancy agreements, annual sums paid by householders in respect of maintenance of amenity land and statutory notices.


The remit covers scanning and saving documents and correspondence, telephone, email and standard and non-standard
correspondence, face to face contact in dealing with queries from members of the public, their professional advisers and from the Land Registry. The remit also covers drafting legal documents from templates, checking and approving standard legal documents, standard and non-standard correspondence and other such work within GPPL as may be required from time to time.
