Key Role
1. To undertake research as directed by the Senior Leadership Team to support Health and Safety, Compliance, Operations, Data protection, Governance, Quality and Business Continuity.
2. To provide information and data in a format that enables the leadership team to make timely decisions.
3. To monitor and support the development that underpin Health and Safety, Compliance, Data protection, Governance, Quality and Business Continuity.
4. To co-ordinate, deliver and implement activities that underpin Health and Safety, Compliance, Data protection, Governance, Quality and Business Continuity.
Job Description
1. To providing support to the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that PCP remains update support Health and Safety, Compliance, Data protection, Governance, Quality and Business Continuity.
2. To undertake research, providing accurate information and data in a format that enables the leadership team to make timely decisions.
3. Preparing papers for meetings required including agendas, research papers and arranging note taking.
4. Assisting with reviews of key documents and process and taking a lead in ensuring these are regularly evaluated, updated and remain current and fit for purpose.
5. Support the drafting of policies, procedures, guidelines and the creation of forms etc to support the Senior Leadership Team.
6. Supporting overall marketing and communications including:
a. Staff updates
b. Health and Wellbeing Campaigns
c. External stakeholder updates
7. To work co-ordinate activities to ensure the maintenance of PCP quality awards, Health and Safety, Compliance, Data protection, Governance and Business Continuity.
8. To liaise and meet internally with team and externally with partners, stakeholders etc. to ensure PCP has the correct information and systems in place and remain compliant with legal requirements and best practice.
9. Draft and develop processes in relation to operation and governance matters for the organisation.
10. To take responsibility for applying data retention schedules across the organisation, ensuring the organisation.
11. Research and co-ordinate with the appropriate admin/HR support to arrange training and other events/activities as required by the Senior Leadership Team for the wider team.
12. Co-ordinate with relevant administration support to maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
13. Co-ordinate the effective scheduling external meetings and appointments. Working with the PA if travel arrangements and an itinerary is required.
General

3. To assist marketing and engagement work and use creative techniques to gather views from the communities we support.
4. To actively take responsibility for your own health and safety and ensuring procedures are adhered to.
5. To collate appropriate monitoring and evaluation information to support the achievement of agreed targets and outcomes within the project or service.
6. To carry out all responsibilities in line with the organisation’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.
7. To recruit, support, train and motivate volunteers as required.
8. To undertake any training and development deemed appropriate.
9. To undertake any such duties required by the relevant Senior Manager or PCP Chief Executive.

This post is for 30 hours per week, salary is per annum pro rata.
