Customer Service & Operations Assistant Required
Esmie, Elegant Stationery Made in England is an internationally renowned, high-end stationery company. We design, produce and sell to design-led department stores and boutiques around the globe.
We are in an exciting position, where we have started to work with a large US retailer as well as soon launching new features on our website. We are looking for someone to join our small fast paced team, who is willing to turn their hand to multiple tasks. These will include quality control, preparation and packing of stock, processing online sales & invoices, handling customer/stockist enquiries, attending trade shows & store event days, organisation of stock holding and dressing of the showrooms. We are offering 40 hours per week, as a temporary full-time position that will have the ability to turn into a permanent role.
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience in the following:
· Customer service
· Quality Control
· Working to a deadline
· Using online software
· Data entry / Excel
· Working for a small business
· Social Media
