Salary: £20,900 - £24,800

Location: Cambridge - Hybrid working with regular visits to the Cambridge office

Contract: Fixed-term until 31/07/24

If you have answered yes to the above questions, we would love to hear from you as we are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Results Administrator to join the Results Team.


About the role


The Results Team is a key part of the Operations Team and are responsible for the provision of live results electronically to schools, institutions, and candidates for each exam series. Therefore, you will process and analyse data accurately, respond to customer queries, investigate issues, and perform quality checks where appropriate.


Main duties include, but not be limited to:

  • You will quickly develop a good working understanding of processes in the team you are placed with and, with training, will take responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of an agreed set of operational processes.
  • You will establish collaborative working relationships with your colleagues, learning and sharing best practice together.
  • You will, depending on the process you're working on, be required from time to time to work from our distribution centre, DC10, on the outskirts of Cambridge.
  • It should also be noted that this role will include occasional working outside of normal office hours as required to assist with the delivery of results release. This will be notified and agreed in advance.

About you


You are enthusiastic and proactive, with an aptitude for learning new skills and processes quickly and accurately. Therefore, you must be well organised with strong attention to detail.


In addition, to be successful in this role, you must be:

  • A strong team player with the ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
  • An excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Prior knowledge of our in-house operations system is an advantage, but full training will be given.
