Birmingham or Manchester – hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.

In this exciting role, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across our company, including BT Group, BT Business, EE, Openreach, and Plusnet, to engage top-quality early talent. While predominantly focusing on early careers activity, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to other campaigns in the experienced hires space, all within a global business context.
As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for crafting attraction strategies, delivering integrated plans, and skillfully managing a large number of stakeholders in our dynamic and busy environment.
What are we looking for in our Early Careers Attraction Manager?
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their early career needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Craft and execute early careers talent attraction strategies, showcasing exciting opportunities for growth and development.
- Activate talent attraction through schools, universities, and engaging social media campaigns, with a key focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Identify and manage valuable partnerships that amplify our engagement efforts and target diverse talent.
- Monitor candidate pipelines and implement targeted recruitment marketing to address hard-to-fill positions, ensuring your success in attracting the best candidates.
- Drive continuous improvement and enhance BT's reputation as an employer of choice for apprentices and graduates.
- Provide valuable insights on early talent trends, shaping the future of our early career initiatives.
Profile for Early Careers Attraction Manager?
- Proven experience in early careers talent attraction and recruitment marketing, with a deep understanding of the early talent market and social media outreach.
- A track record of developing and managing successful multi-channel early career campaigns and strategies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, producing actionable insights and credible conclusions.
- Expertise in delivering integrated plans across employer branding and recruitment marketing projects.
- Stellar stakeholder management skills, driving projects from concept to execution.
- Analytical prowess, measuring and reporting on performance metrics.
