Tenancy Support Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team in the Tenancy Support Officer role covering Bournemouth and Poole neighbourhoods.
The role involves providing an excellent housing related support service to BCP Homes residents, providing support to sustain their tenancies. To empower disadvantaged and vulnerable adults within the local community to develop maximum levels of independence and prevent homelessness.
We are seeking people who can provide a tailored and flexible customer-focused support service through a wide range of activities including:
- Tenancy sustainment
- Welfare benefits advice
- Maximising income
- Supporting Independent living skills
- Signposting and joint working with other services
- Improving health & wellbeing
- Living safely & securely
- Advocating when necessary

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role
