For our services based in Hinckley and Leicester, we need a super organised administrator to support our local, friendly team. Based in the office, you will have a real variety of duties and challenges and will be interacting with our local and regional staff teams on a regular basis. This isn't an ordinary administration role. You will need to work with confidential information such as taking minutes for disciplinary meetings, typing up reports and respecting the privacy of the people we support.
Duties include:
- General admin duties such as typing, photocopying and actioning emails.
- Answering telephone calls and general enquiries to the office.
- Take minutes of meetings, type and distribute.
- Organise meetings for managers.
- File and maintain accurate records.
- Support collation of information for audits alongside the quality team.
- Respect confidentiality of information in line with GDPR.
