Operations Administrator
Overview
LB73 Management is a fast growing, forward thinking Prop-Tech Company operating in the short-term lettings sector.
We are looking for an outgoing person to come on board as our Operations Executive. Your role will focus on dealing with our guests who have come to stay in our serviced apartments. You will be answering their questions and being a friendly and helpful voice during their time in London.
You will also take on the running of the day to day tasks associated with the upkeep of the apartments ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answering all guests emails and phone calls in a polite and prompt manner
- Expect and react promptly to guests inquires and needs
- Analysing and collating guest feedback and working to improve overall ratings
- Liaise with cleaning and maintenance staff as and when required
- Administrative tasks
- Helping to grow and develop the company with bright ideas and researched insights
- Manage the properties ensuring that all certificates and other safety precautions are up to date
- Helping to maintain the quality of the apartments
Requirements
- A passion for helping people
- Proficiency in English. Multilingualism is preferred but not required
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent listening skills
- A professional manner and approach to work
- Desire to grow and develop both yourself and the company
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
