Job description
Reports to: Head of Operations/Projects Team
Job purpose: Keeping accurate records of project costings in particular project labour costings.
The Role
· Collect attendance forms and input data onto project spreadsheets
· Keep track of employees hours for all trade workforce
· Assist cost controllers with data input/project set ups on IFS and folder structures
· First point of contact for T&A queries from the project team.
· Maintaining and cleansing spreadsheets regularly
· Running reports to identify any errors or potential risks/problems

· Strong communication skills
· Good attention to detail
· Excel experience
· Good Relationship builder
