All About the Role
Based at our Newry site, we have a role available for an Operations Administrator, the purpose of this role is to provide full administration support to the operations on site, this includes operations, transport, processing, sales, and stock control. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of targets and sites performance. The hours for this role are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.
Specific tasks include:
To ensure that all Test Certificates / Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)/ PODs/ Warehouse Notes are scanned and recorded in a timely manner.- General warehouse admin, scanning & filing.
- General Transport admin tasks.
- Liaising with the operations staff, commercial team & planning team on daily work plan.
- Stock control.
- Inter group Customer service.
- Support the promotion and improvement of safety & awareness at site.
- General office duties, i.e., answering calls, dealing with visitors.
- Updating goods in schedule

- Experience in an administration role in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proactive attitude & approach with a one team mindset.
- High level of accuracy with good computer/Microsoft Office skills .

- Organised & methodical in your approach.
