Our client is the market leader in printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting for a Senior Operational Relationship Account Manager.
The role of the Senior Operational Relationship Account Manager is to develop a good understanding of all of their clients’ job requirements and day to day needs.
A Senior Account Manager is responsible for the project management and co-ordination of campaigns, collateral and internal communications.
Key responsibilities
- Establish strategic relationships with Client Services with a view to understanding the client’s requirements
- Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications
- Deliver against client KPI's and other targets to meet contractual obligations
- Engage with suppliers to ensure they work in partnership with us
- Ensure all procurement activity adheres to commercial strategy and guidelines
- Delivers business and account objectives through adherence to business processes and systems
- Manage day to day account handling and relationships with Client Services
- Creating innovation and adding value through collaboration with the Production Team & Client Services
Skills
- Ability to build effective business relationships
- Core Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- To deliver diverse projects including email marketing, digital projects, direct mail, printed collateral
- Ability to meet targets and SLA delivery, a results-driven individual motivated by achieving goals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness, proven influencing and negotiations skills
- A broad and in-depth print technical & commercial knowledge is needed to be successful in the role.

Salary: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
