Job description

The Central and South Manchester Senior Leadership Team is looking for an Operational Programme Manager for the Living Well Programme in South Manchester.

The successful candidate will report to the GMMH Service Manager for Wellbeing and Recovery Pathways and lead on the coordination programme management and operational delivery of the Living Well programme in the locality, working with a range of partners to achieve the actions identified. This role will involve working with key colleagues and partners across the locality in addition to working with the GMMH Community Transformation Core Team, Innovation Unit and colleagues from the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP).

The post holder role will play a key role ensuring the implementation and delivery of the Living Well Programme Milestones to support the achievement of the objectives and be expected to lead on specific work within this programme and support relevant senior leaders and the GMMH Community Transformation Core Team as necessary.
