Job scope/summary:
Assist with UK Government deals, reading government contracts, adhering to the framework agreement and HP Global processes.
Reporting of Business KPI’s and presenting these with confidence at all levels
Complex analysis of data from multiple sources
Excellent command of MS Office Suite (preferably including MS Access)
Intermediate level of excel and knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Good Communication skills in English
Excellent command of HP SAP/ the MSS/GSS Business is a plus but not a necessity.
Able to work in a team where people rely on each other, and atmosphere is one of sharing the load.

The NWE MSS Business Analyst manages the Business Analysis and Operations function for the Northwest European Market in a shared approach with colleagues. Defines, agrees on and executes complex data analysis for different areas of the MSS Business. Working with people at all levels in the organization he/she can define ways forward through excellent communication, consensus building, result focus and Business expertise. Aadvises MSS Management with findings and conclusions, supported by excellent decision and presentation materials which he/she produces. Works with leaders throughout the organization to support the Operational process.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Single point of contact for the country/market Finance, Business and Delivery managers on Delivery Operations matters.
Supports the timely and accurate country/market order and revenue forecast.
Ensures smooth & compliant month end close for the country/market including invoicing, escalations, and priority management.
Understand, manage, and control all relevant Country business risk areas within Customer Operations responsibility.
Ensuring overall operational excellence regarding all Delivery Operations responsibilities where local activity is required (coordination, prioritisation)
Coordinates and closely controls activities with other organizations (Credit & Collections, Finance, Procurement, Sales & Pursuit, Delivery)
Guides the HP standardized administrative processes, representing the NWE market view and needs.

Experience:
Experience and proven success in Business Analytics or Business Operations in- or outside HP Company

Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Strong English skills is a pre-requisite. All work will be in English.

Highly adaptive to change and not easily distracted by organisational and structural changes.
Broad knowledge of HP and MSS/GSS organization, culture, policies, and products (particularly for Services & Solutions) are a plus.
Managed Services market knowledge is a preference.
Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee must be acquainted with):
Excellent command of MS Office Application Suite.
Intermediate level of excel and knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Statistical acumen is a plus.
Education (degree) required:
University or college degree in Computer Science, IT, IS or equivalent academic or on-the-job experience.
