Available Job Today After experiencing significant growth over the last few years, our online team continues to go from strength to strength. We are looking for a new colleague to join the Online team as a specialist responsible for improving and growing the online operation within Morrisons across a number of channels. This role will be crucial as we continue to test new initiatives in order to provide a better experience to both our customers and colleagues.
The candidate for this role will have an entrepreneurial mind set with a willingness to try new ideas to ensure the online business continues to grow.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage >£1m projects from ideation to deployment and work internally to ensure acceptance into the operating model
- Fail fast approach to test new ideas to commercially grow the online operation
- Work closely with departments across the business to improve sales, costs and customer experience
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities which either:
- Grow our LFL sales
- Improve customer experience
- Improve efficiency within our operation
