Job description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced and growing online team here at Morrisons. We are recruiting for an ‘Online Specialist- Store Pick Improvement’ to join our team based at Hilmore House, Bradford. This role will involve developing and running a number of exciting projects and initiatives to continue improving our online business across numerous channels. It will also include strategy and long term planning on how we can continue to drive efficiencies, with opportunities to present new ideas and updates to senior stakeholders across the business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for store pick improvement across our online business
- Manage >£1m projects from ideation to deployment and work internally to ensure acceptance into the operating model
- Contribute to our long online strategy & budget management
- Keep the business informed of market trends
- Manage stakeholders across the business to keep them aware of online activities and gain buy in for new ideas
- Use data and insight to shape our online plan
