About Goatpath
Goatpath is SoftwareONE’s software team that builds platforms and products to automate and govern customers’ software and cloud investments through intuitive products they love to use. Within Goatpath there are currently four product groups: Marketplace, Cloud, Digital and Insights. Marketplace aims to redefine/revolutionize how software is bought, managed, and sold, while Cloud seeks to build the most simple and intelligent cloud management platform. Insights will allow customers to benchmark their maturity in the space of spend and technology, while Digital will revolutionize how customers will interact with SoftwareONE. All products are built on a shared platform.

The role:- Assist customers with setting up and navigating and onboarding Goatpath Marketplace.
- Support our customers and advise at every stage of the buying process
- Promote value Goatpath Marketplace through customers experience
- Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including SWO service providers, to ensure timely deliverables support queries
- Encourage existing customers to upgrade and find new licenses that bring value
- Schedule demonstrations potential migration customers to Promote the value of the Goatpath Marketplace
- Qualify and develop inbound lead/support queries and leads for Goatpath Marketplace
- Run email campaigns to generate Goatpath marketplace new and existing customers
- The modes of communication include email, phone, web chat and face-to-face
- Complete, accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in HubSpot
- Maintain a strong level product knowledge and act as a customer advocate
- Inquisitive mindset, always seeking ways to improve and modernise applications and processes
- Ecommerce customer-facing experience
- Good problem resolution skills and understanding of symptoms to identify the root cause
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environment.
- Able to work independently and multi-task while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks opportunities at a time
- Strong service attitude; builds lasting customer relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness; customer satisfaction driven and outcome focused
- Willing to learn new things and adapt as per organizational goals
