Job Description
Furnish 365 Limited are currently recruiting for a brand new opportunity within our sales team. We are a nationwide wholesaler of luxury dining and occasional furniture and are looking for an Online Account Manager to be responsible for our Platform Sales.
You will be working with an existing portfolio of accounts driving both growth and profitability. You will be looking after the presence of these accounts on online sales platforms, and also looking for new leads that can generate new business for the company.
The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:
· Running accounts on online sales platforms, like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Wayfair etc.
· You will be keeping an eye on stock ensuring you do not run out of products, and keeping an eye on stock forecasts based on sales performance.
· Working closely with other sales team members, and the Warehouse department.
· Listing products on online platforms, guaranteeing that keywords, descriptions, and titles are updated seasonally to increase performance.
· Answering general enquires and questions from customers
· Come up with ideas to improve presence on online sales platforms
Preferred Experience/ Skills:
· Excellent literacy and communication skills
· Excellent understanding of sales platforms, e.g. Amazon and how to sell products on them
· Previous experience as an Online Account Manager
· Attention to detail is a must
· Able to hit sales targets and come up with new ideas to increase sales/ online presence
· Have experience with creating and maintaining online deals and promotions.
Structure
The Online Sales Executive reports to the Director and collaborates daily with the Warehouse Manager. This role has no direct reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £27,700.00 per year
