Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide 5-star support to clients while maintaining excellent feedback
  • Investigate and resolve a wide array of technical issues and requests
  • Monitor infrastructure and respond to any incidents such as outages
  • Manage internal and client servers - provisioning, updates, audits, etc.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Support or Systems Engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux - primarily CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian
  • Experience with web technologies such as Apache, MySQL, and PHP
  • Must be fully fluent in English (minimum C1 proficiency - written test)
  • Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts with other team members

Optional

  • cPanel University Certifications (CWSA-1, CWA, etc.)
  • Experience with virtualization (KVM) and VM control panels
  • Other Linux based certifications such as RHCSA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £2,000.00 per month
