Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star support to clients while maintaining excellent feedback
- Investigate and resolve a wide array of technical issues and requests
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to any incidents such as outages
- Manage internal and client servers - provisioning, updates, audits, etc.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Support or Systems Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of Linux - primarily CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian
- Experience with web technologies such as Apache, MySQL, and PHP
- Must be fully fluent in English (minimum C1 proficiency - written test)
- Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts with other team members
Optional
- cPanel University Certifications (CWSA-1, CWA, etc.)
- Experience with virtualization (KVM) and VM control panels
- Other Linux based certifications such as RHCSA
