Online Marketing Manager Remote
Job description
This exciting role will suit an experienced and confident online marketing executive/manager. Working for one of the UK's pioneers in online education you will join the executive team in promoting our online school and colleges. Our mission is to widen participation in education to those who are unable to flourish in conventional learning settings. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for growing student numbers year on year. You should be a good team player as you will be working closely with school and college leaders on a regular basis; coordinating and planning campaigns, content production, events etc.
The initial contract is for one year, but will be extended to permanent should the successful candidate significantly increase student numbers and share our mission. The successful candidate should be experienced in running online campaigns across Googlle Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, email marketing and SEO.
Work from home, choose your own hours but must be available for meetings.
The salary of £40k is the basic guaranteed salary. A performance bonus will be paid commensurate with increases in student numbers e.g. 25% increase in your salary for 25% increase in student numbers or doubled if you can double student numbers. We have never had our own internal Marketing Manager so there is lots of scope for improvement in sales and bonuses!
