Beyond Dental is a dental company with a growing number of fully private practices giving patients only the very best service in preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We are expanding and therefore looking for a new remote working dental receptionist to join our team.
Your role will be to onboard new patients and promote treatments to existing patients. You and the team team carry out registrations, telephone consultations and actively follow up and assist new patients with their dental needs and interests. This will also apply to existing patients, with existing bookings, and promoting the practice services.
Your role includes and is not limited to the below tasks;
- Answering inbound calls
- Promoting treatments and services
- Registering patients and processing sensitive data in line with GDPR.
- Taking upfront 100% payment for New Patient Appointments and treatments.
- Processing finance applications
- Promoting practice plans
- Booking the diary
- Booking mindfully to fill the soonest diary spaces
- Confidently and articulately explaining treatments and advising patients within your scope of practice.
- Triaging patients over the phone who require emergency appointments.
- Following up Hot Leads, recording the details and inputting into CRM
- Adhering to cancellation policy
- Discussing pricing of treatments confidently.
- Promoting hygiene appointments
- Following up on patient enquiries
- Using Dentally Cloud based software
- Using CRM
- Using a range of Email, Calls, SMS when liaising with patients on Dentally and/or CRM
- Updating trackers accordingly – lab work, Invisalign, dental implants
- Following up on Recalls – for patients who are due but not yet booked in.
- Completing daily tasks as set by your line manager which are in your Google Calendar
- Attending a weekly team meeting (ZOOM)
To succees in this role, you will:
- already have a good understanding of all dental treatments.
- possess excellent oral and written English skills
- be organised, great at multitasking
- have attention to detail and accuracy i.e. with patient records
- have a warm and personable nature
- be able to work independently at home.
- always be punctual, log on to the phone systems ready for your working day.
