Join our friendly, small, team fulfilling customer orders from our great location next to Bookham train station in Surrey, in a community of other like minded businesses on an industrial estate. The operation is run from a small warehouse with no heavy machinery.
We are an established, privately owned, online Gift and Home Furnishing Company supplying customers all over the UK and Europe. Gifts are the main part of our business and the orders we send often make a huge difference to someone, somewhere. We work hard to fulfill that role and to make sure that customers are wowed by what we deliver.
The role is part-time , working 3 days a week – Monday Essential , plus 2 other days to be agreed - 5 hours per day. Additional hours may be available if required. We operate some flexibility and we are family friendly.
The role is target driven and will suit someone who enjoys being busy and active all day.
As a small family business, we are looking for someone who wants to give input and be involved in other areas of the business, so the role can be varied and interesting to the right candidate. This can lead to involvement in listing on Ebay and Amazon, online marketing and product photography.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' goods are packaged to prevent damages, despatched on time and to stringent collection deadlines, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. We want our clients to be wowed by our service and the goods that they receive.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
· Picking and packing of orders, including computer generated labels
. Working to a packing deadline
· Checking in and taking care of goods in
· Keeping warehouse clean and tidy
· Other duties as required
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
· Excellent time management skills
· Fantastic attention to detail
· Fluent English – written and spoken
· Computer literate
· Ability to work alone when required
. Likes to work under pressure and is target driven
· Team Player
- Must be able to work 5 hours minimum on a Monday
