Roles & Responsibilities
The primary role for this vacancy is to support our customers and our customer support team in:
- Ensuring orders are processed and completed
- Assisting customers with telephone sales
- Responding to order, delivery and product queries by email and phone
- Managing the customer returns and refunds process
- Working with the Customer Care team to provide high quality customer service
- Administrating the brand’s customer/membership database
The candidate
As well as having a keen interest in fashion, we believe the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Computer literate, although full training on our systems will be provided
- Enjoy helping customers and promoting the brand’s ethos
- Organised, with meticulous attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills
- Team player with outgoing personality
- Takes pride in delivering high quality & accurate work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
