Job description
We are an established salon of over 15 years tucked away in the beautiful leafy village of East Horsley. We offer a variety of specialised skincare treatments to our delightful clients.
The salon has recently taken a new approach and is heading much further down the path of Aesthetic treatments and being more clinical based.
We are looking for a Front of House person who is cheerful and fun to be around whilst also being enthusiastic and hard working in their role to help push the clinic into its new venture and expand our treatment rage into the Aesthetic world.
Personality and passion are a must to fit in with the team.
The Role
· Meeting and greeting clients.
· Answering the phone and taking bookings, re-booking clients in, taking payments.
· Working with the owner to drive the business forward.
· Responding to emails and social media messages.
· Stock management and ordering.
· Advising and selling retail.
· Retail display management.
· Cleaning and tidying the clinic, including treatment rooms, reception and retail areas.
· Creating social media content/campaigns.
· End of day tasks including cashing up and preparing for the following day.
· You must have a positive can-do attitude and be able to use your own initiative.
· You must be able to work well within a small team, work as a team player and bring lots of positivity and fun to the clinic.
· Have good communication and IT skills and a professional telephone manner.
· Be self-motivated.
· Be well presented.
