My client is a world famous luxury brand with a huge celebrity following!! A super new opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to join the team....This is an extremely rare opportunity as it is a Monday-Friday role based in their Head Office!

Experience working in Customer Care in a Head Office environment and proficiency with Zendesk is preferred.

  • Advising on the phone to high end clientele

  • Events and Parties coordination

Skills:

  • 2 plus years in luxury Customer Care.
  • Zendesk skills would be an advantage
