My client is a world famous luxury brand with a huge celebrity following!! A super new opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to join the team....This is an extremely rare opportunity as it is a Monday-Friday role based in their Head Office!
Experience working in Customer Care in a Head Office environment and proficiency with Zendesk is preferred.

Role and responsibilities:
- Advising on the phone to high end clientele
- Based in Head office in Central London
- Will be advising customers on purchases by phone, email & live chat
- Events and Parties coordination
Skills:
- 2 plus years in luxury Customer Care.
- Zendesk skills would be an advantage
