We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced online business manager who is detail-oriented, organised, and swan-like when juggling many moving parts.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including project management, people management, and managing the metrics.

Objectives of this role
- Strategise, implement and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
- Design daily operational programs that achieve organisational objectives
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
- Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners
- Maintain a plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the project plan and execution of launching our Virtual Summits, including overseeing the creation of opt-in pages, sales pages, and emails, the social media marketing campaign, and liaising with speakers and attendees.
- Creating organic traffic campaigns to ensure the Virtual Summit maximises its reach
- Ensuring all Virtual Summit marketing assets are aligned and consistent with our brand standards — you understand that what sets us apart isn’t just our marketing strategy but the quality of our copy, design, and user experience
- Managing the project plan and execution for launching our new website, including overseeing the design, development, and continued optimisation of website pages
- Overseeing the recruitment of associate coaches to deliver The Being Luminary Programme. In other words, finding, screening, shortlisting and developing an effective interview process for applicants.
- Managing and onboarding newcomers to the company
- Setting up new staff within our financial system and ensuring they invoice accurately and are paid in a timely fashion
- Developing an effective, inclusive, outstanding induction and CPLD programme
- Oversee the work of contractors, including our podcast producer, graphic designers, accounting contractors and so forth.
- Managing succession planning of staff and developing staffing models as the company grows
- Assisting with the performance management and review process
- Owning and managing customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation.
- Developing measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation, ensuring that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
- Responding to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementation.
- Completing video and phone calls to ensure customers are supported during onboarding.
- Processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.
- Providing data analytics of sales, marketing strategies, and programmes to the CEO and using these to create and maintain a rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
- Participating in the development of competitor analyses and pricing strategy
- Becoming a Being Luminary expert and discussing or educating on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or 2+ years experience in the world of digital marketing, launches, and project management
- 2 + years of experience with CRM tools (preferably Dubsado), list-building campaigns, and managing email lists
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant online business, coaching and or DEI industry trends
- Proven experience and success in developing business strategy
- Strong ability to manage financial and budgetary processes
- Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching and development
- A love of numbers and data and the ability to translate those metrics into tangible, analytic actions we can take to improve our results
- The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you get things done and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and maintain high standards when it comes to quality
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead
- Professional, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) — you have a knack for offering constructive feedback, effective delegation and ensuring everyone is on the same page
Ability to create strong relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, and key people from other organisations
