About us
The Professional Services Hub within UCL brings together key customer-facing and transactional services across different functions; HR, Finance, IT and Business Operations. The PS Hub is committed to delivering high quality & efficient services, with real emphasis on customer experience.
One Desk offers the customers a single point of contact for all PS Hub functions, responding to all enquiries via telephone, email and live chat. The team push to deliver timely and excellent advice to our customers, as well as striving to continuously improve and develop our services.
About the role
In this role you will provide first line support and advice to our customers on a diverse variety of human resources queries and requests, ensuring the ticketing system is being used and updated in a timely and accurate manner. The position will require building excellent operational working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, in order to ensure everyone receives excellent service delivery within the published service standards.

About you
As a Human Resources helpdesk professional, you have clear and effective communication skills to provide consistently high standards of customer service with a focus on accuracy through telephone and email based support. Additionally, you are able to manage your own workload through prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
