Job description
An exciting opportunity has risen within Livewell Southwest's Youth offending Team (YOT) within Children, Young People and Families Service, Plymouth City Council. This post is made up of 22.5 hours per week within the YOT, however additional hours can be allocated to support wider CAMHS teams.
The Youth offending Team work within the framework of the Trauma Recovery Model and Enhanced Case Management this role will be leading on this development and providing the specialist skills in assessment and formulation to inform the interventions of the YOT team and CAMHS YOT practitioners.
CAMHS currently provides Emotional and Mental health support to children and young people who have offended or are at risk of offending.
The successful candidate range of support to the multidisciplinary team comprised of Nurses, Mental Health Practitioners, Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Creative therapies, CBT Practitioners, DBT Practitioners, ED Practitioners, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and Family Therapists.
