What will you be doing?
The Onboarding Assistant role has the responsibility to ensure all internal and external personnel who work with us have completed the mandatory Thames Water Safety Passport before working on a Thames Water site and are recorded in the relevant systems as being compliant.
In addition to the coordination, the Onboarding Assistant will be there to support the Onboarding Lead with the delivery of the Thames Water Safety Passport and Onboarding material.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
- Background working in a similar role
- Delivery of Training to large groups (approx. 25-30)
- Knowledge of the utility sector.
- A background working in a construction environment
- Adaptability – there may be times you need to travel to other sites
- Excellent Computer literacy – able to use alternative platforms
- Planning and organisational ability with attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own, using own initiative whilst keeping within agreed parameters
- Develops good working relationships; ability to communicate at all levels, obtaining co-operation and buy-in from stakeholders and supply chain
- Demonstrates concern for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality ensuring we always deliver the best service
- Current UK driving license due to substantial travelling required
- General knowledge of Heath and Safety, Environmental, systems including Policies, Procedures
