Job description
Our Housekeeping Porters work behind the scenes to ensure that everything is in place for when our guests arrive in their rooms – from delivering amenities to setting up additional beds, cots, and other extras that have been requested in advance. We see the role of our house keeping team as vital to our success, as our guests have always had high expectations for their time with us so you’ll need to show great care to customers belongings and support any guest requests (escalating things where needed).
Porters are also responsible for sorting linen in the back of house area, making sure everything is in the right place so we never run out of clean sheets and fluffy towels.
Whilst the majority of your time will be spent with your team and colleagues, customer service skills are also important, so you can feel confident if approached by a guest.
In order to be successful for the role, you must have good conversational English skills.
