Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator
Reporting To: Bank & Accounts Receivable Manager
Contract Type: 9 month fixed-term contract
Location: London (hybrid working - 3 days in office)

The job in a nutshell
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Administrator to ensure all incoming payments are reconciled and posted correctly.
Who you will work with
Internal: Credit Control, Finance, Account Managers, Cellar Plan team, Customer Service
External: Communicating with Customers by e-Shot letter or email
What you will do
- Reconciling and posting the daily bank statement - Sterling, Euro and USD accounts.
- Posting payments from various payment methods like credit cards.
- Preparing reports and Journals close to month-end.
- Daily Reconciliation on payments made online.
- Answering daily queries externally and internally.
- Payment transfers on accounts.
- Correctly allocating cash to invoices.
- Processing refunds.
- Daily BBX payment runs.
- Weekly e-Shot comms to customers with overdue debt.
- Weekly Robot Charging – collecting overdue debt from customers that’s given us CPA.
- Processing monthly direct debit charges for Cellar Plan customers.
- Processing monthly credit card charges for cellar plan customers.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the team.
What you will bring to the role
Experience / Achievements
Essential
- Experience of working within accounts collections environment
- Able to follow processes, with great attention to detail and an appetite to follow up on queries
- Proven record of going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service levels for customers or stakeholders
- Good MS Office and Excel skills
Desirable
- SAP Hybris E-commerce
- Work experience within High Net Worth / Private Client environment

- Must be able to work cooperatively within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic, highly organised and not afraid to take on new challenges
- SAP/Cockpit/Worldpay Knowledge preferable but not essential
