We are offering an 18 month fast track rotational programme, designed to give Graduates the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Offshore Wealth Management. You will rotate across the different disciplines in our business, including Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Fiduciary, Investments and Client-facing teams. Experts in each field will share their knowledge and experiences that can kick-start your career in Offshore Wealth Management.
You will be supported throughout the programme by a network of colleagues, including placement managers and line sponsors within each rotation. This ensures that you’ll have a clear learning path tailored to your individual needs and career aspirations.
You'll also have the opportunity to study towards a professional qualification whilst on the programme, giving you even more of an edge in your career. QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates that have recently finished or are on track to complete an IT, Business, Science or equivalent degree (achieving a minimum of 2.1)
