This highly successful Interior Design Agency that specialises in Retail & Hospitality is looking for a highly organised and confident Office Manager to provide support to their dynamic design team.
Ideally you have Strong Finance Management skills alongside Studio Management, as you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day and monthly finances of the company. This role directly supports the Managing Director in driving the business forward by providing reliable financial insight. The role has ownership of invoicing, payroll, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate management reporting is provided to the management team.
You will also support the business by providing office management to a creative and busy team. The job holder acts as the first point of contact for all new inquiries. This role provides valuable support to the whole team, facilitating an efficient and enjoyable working environment.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and a professional manner. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial finance experience in a similar field and ideally be AAT Acc qualified (level2),
