Job description
The Car Park People Park Stay and Fly Ltd and CPP Shuttles Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced PA/Office Manager to join the company on a full-time basis. The role will predominantly consist of PA duties working to tight deadlines and managing the small office team.
The role will include:
PA duties including diary management, travel bookings, meeting minutes etc.
Handling highly confidential and sensitive information for the Managing Director
Amending company documentation e.g., contract paperwork
Typing and distributing reports
Support all office administrative duties – answering telephones, drafting, and filling correspondence, taking messages.
Take overall accountability for office management and working with the Landlord, Buildings Manager and Various Contractors.
Prior Experience in office supervision/management
Good working knowledge of MS applications including Word, Excel, and
Processing of invoices
Purchasing office supplies
Experience of Xero essential
Adaptable, Multi Skilled and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills

Salary will be between £32k and £36k dependent on experience
